We ship orders Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders placed before 3pm (GMT+5:30) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm (GMT+5:30) or over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
All Priority International orders are delivered in 2-6 days. Every order will receive a tracking number which can be tracked on XXXXX. Once you receive your tracking number please allow at least 24 hours for it to be updated.
If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. The order will be shipped again to the given recipient address. We cannot issue a refund or cancel the order in such cases. We are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries worldwide and our packages are delivered with a high success rate.. Please note that we dont refund or reship shipments via international XXXXX. If a shipment is lost, damaged or is confiscated whilst using XXXXX we cant help in anyway. Also please ensure you are complying with your countries laws and border / importation policies. We provide all the necessary documents with the shipment but can’t take responsibility for packages being seized by customs.
How long does international shipping take?
International shipping usually takes between 25-45 days, though we can’t make any guarantees. Customs is the common reason for any delays you might experience.
How do I change the address or modify the order I placed?
Send us an email at XXXXX as soon as you can. If it hasn’t shipped we can change the address and can do the modifications.
How can I track my order?
You should start receiving tracking updates via email within 1-3 business days of your order being paid. To look the current status of your order, please visit the carriers tracking page.
My tracking says delivered but I did not receive the package!
If the tracking says delivered but you have not received the package there are a few possibilities.
It’s possible the package was received by someone else. Couriers sometimes drop off packages at the wrong address, street or mailbox. It possible your neighbor, a front desk, receptionist, mailroom, doorman, HOA or colleague received the package.
If you still can’t find it contact the courier, our tracking emails will provide contact information. Couriers will have have GPS coordinates for every tracking scan and can tell you where the package was scanned when the status was changed to delivered.
How do I pay for my order?

My transaction keeps getting rejected, what do I do?
Either there’s insufficient balance in your account or there’s a problem at your bank. Please contact your bank to ensure there aren’t any problems on their side.
Do you accept returns and offer refunds?
Because of the nature of the product we unfortunately cannot accept any returns and offer a refund. However, get in touch with us and we’ll try our best to accomodate your requests.
